Whether creating a sanctuary for quiet reflection or a dynamic space for entertaining, Botanical Concepts Owner/Designer and General Contractor Denise Rosenbloom’s 30 years as a Lincoln Park resident give her special insight in designing spectacular urban environments. Staying true to the original architect’s vision, Denise’s designs offer seamless transitions to outdoor spaces that complement your lifestyle and add value to your home.
“We believe that the architecture/hardscape is of paramount importance to transform the space into a green gallery of from and function,” says Ms. Rosenbloom. “Quality of design and materials are critical inside a limited space. Mature trees and plants, water features, multiple elevations through sunken patios and terracing are just a few ways we maximize the possibilities.” Joined by daughter Bianca and a full-time crew of masons, carpenters and landscape professionals, the Rosenblooms are fully involved in every aspect of design, construction and implementation.
